Love this app! However it renders itself useless if you use Mac because the project file exports for Windows computer... I made two really hot songs BUT I had to remake them again on Maschine studio. Smh. Please fix this NI.

Best on iOS for multifaceted production and demos. Truly amazing. My only wish is for better UI graphics, and more sharing options. I love you Native!

With the edge NI generally has this poor app is quite the surprise. The pads lag in this version and there still is no MIDI. Even the most basic apps on iOS support MIDI. It makes no sense.

Can we get shake to undo!?

Im a basic average guy that makes music daily and performs it. I also have a friend that is a pro DJ that uses this. All native instruments users need this app. Its my favorite and I use it all the time. Would totally recommend for any music producers, pro or not pro.

This is my to go to app. Since its way better than iMaschine. Step mode is the best update on top of chords. If a drum is off you can enter step mode and fix your off snare or kick. Chords are awesome as well. I just hate erasing note by note when you dont want to erase all of the melody, its a hassle. Why dont you guys "DO CHORDS IN PAD MODE" all you would have to do is erase a pad or fix it in edit mode. That way you dont have to erase note buy note in keyboard mode.

Bought this for the sampler function but. There is no midi or way to trigger the samples externally...at NI advanced features are color coded pads TFitS?? Hire some real Devs

I LOVE iMaschine 2 for many reasons, BUT I am very disappointed that now Mac users can only export our samples and sounds, BUT no longer the project. Now we literally have to reprogram the song from scratch in iMaschine studio. This is very disappointing because iMaschine 1 exported the project in a .mprj file BUT now iMaschine 2 exports the project in a .imxprj file that cannot be opened on Mac. Ive contacted iMaschine reps and no one has an answer, so Im posting here for help.

Love the app but spent to much time trying to find a solution to opening the .imxprj file . If there is a solution would love to know I’ll use something else.

Love the app - have created so many tracks from the comfort of my sofa or on long journeys. Chord and step mode are my favorite features. Thumps up!

Its cool you can have patterns. The only thing I see wrong with this is that I cant restore the 20$ worth of pack purchases from the first version.

This is a great app and I enjoy making music on this app but it could use more patterns, when Im making a beat it only gives you 4 patterns to put a beat on, 8 would be substantial considering this day and age of music, so please consider adding more patterns.

Hands down the best app I own. Just needs a Timestretch feature. Im on the bus & train a lot. So to create on my iphone is key. Thanks to the people over at NI for blessing us with such an awesome app!

Close but no cigar almost there but not quite yet. Major improvement needed, 1. Ableton live link support 2. Audiocopy support 3. MIDI support for 3rd party keyboards like akai pro synthstation and usb plug N play keyboards support 4. I should be able to link imaschine and imaschine 2 together for a combination of 8 tracks or imaschine on my iPad and iPhone together just sync up with no connection required just automatic like audiobus It should be something you already have to link both apps together to increase workflow. 5. Audiobus support so I can push play on one app and have imaschine 1/2 play instead of having to push play separate like now. Thanks.

I like this app a lot. It has a lot of potential to be much better. However, one week ago I purchased the 10 dollar pack which promises all the beat kits, and it always says that its still loading into my app. Is there some kind of malfunction with loading the purchase?
